(MA Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) is asking you to contact your state senator and representative and
to ask her/him to allow Governor Patrick to exercise "expanded 9c authority." This would allow the Governor
to avoid cutting basic services to children and families any more than he has had to thus far. Instead, he would be

Cuts Include DEEC, DMH, TAFDC

mid-year cuts to the state budget including, among others, cuts to the Department of Early Education and Care’s (EEC) FY10 budget. No cuts were made to the Elementary

The full list of recalled product lots can be accessed on the company’s
website at http://www.tylenolprofessional.com/assets/TYLENOL_Letter_091809.pdf. McNeil is advising parents and caregivers who have administered affected product to their child or infant and have concerns
to contact their healthcare providers. Parents and caregivers can find the lot numbers on the bottom of the box containing
the product and also on the sticker that surrounds the product bottle.
